We stand behind our product 100%, but if you are ever dissatisfied, please contact Customer Care immediately to resolve any issues with your order. Full refunds, less shipping fees, will be issued if purchased merchandise is returned unopened within 14 days of shipment.

Returns
LIPSTOCK accepts returns for unopened product within 14 days of shipment from it’s facility. Please note, returns are not applicable under participation with the Free Shipping offer in our Mailing List program. >> Please read the regulations.

To make a return, please email care@lipstockist.com with your order number, name, email, phone number and ship-to address. Your product purchase, less shipping fees, will be refunded promptly upon our receipt of your return shipment.

Sales Tax
The New York State sales tax of 8.375% is applied to all orders.

Shipments are packaged in lightweight envelopes and wrapping paper that contain recycled materials, and are recyclable.
